PanIsPaid is a money decision-support service operated by PaniKell Studio ("PanIsPaid," "PaniKell Studio," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices available to you when you use PanIsPaid.
PanIsPaid is currently intended for users in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
1. Information You Provide
When you create and use a PanIsPaid account, we may collect information you provide directly to the service, including:
Account information, such as your email address and, when applicable, name or profile information associated with your authentication method.
Money information you choose to enter, which may include account names and balances, expected income, obligations and bills, necessary and flexible spending plans, protected amounts, purpose-based set-asides, credit payment plans, installment information, and purchase scenarios.
PanIsPaid is designed for information you enter manually.
Do not enter bank login credentials, complete bank account or routing numbers, complete payment-card numbers, CVVs, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or other financial-account credentials into PanIsPaid's money-planning fields. The service does not require this information to provide its current money-planning features.
Technical Information
When you use PanIsPaid, our service providers and supporting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information associated with your use of the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, and request or server-log information.
This information may be processed as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure PanIsPaid, prevent misuse or unauthorized access, and support the service. We do not currently use this information for targeted advertising.
2. Information We Do Not Currently Collect Through Financial Connections
PanIsPaid does not currently connect to your bank accounts or credit-card accounts and does not currently import transactions from financial institutions.
We do not currently request your bank username or password, routing number, complete bank-account number, complete payment-card number, CVV, or Social Security number as part of the money-planning features of the service.
3. Subscription and Payment Information
When you purchase or manage a subscription, payment and billing information is collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe is not operated by PaniKell Studio, and Stripe's handling of payment information is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
PaniKell Studio and PanIsPaid do not need your full payment-card number or CVV in the app's financial-planning features, and PanIsPaid does not store your full payment-card number or CVV in those application records.
To operate the service, Stripe may provide us with limited billing and subscription information, such as subscription and customer identifiers, subscription status, billing-period information, payment status, and limited payment-method details such as card brand and last four digits where applicable. We may use this information to process payments, maintain subscription access, support billing, recover failed payments, prevent fraud and misuse, and handle customer support.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through PanIsPaid to:
- create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your account;
- provide the features and calculations you request;
- display the money information and decision-support results associated with your account;
- process and manage subscription payments and billing, including recovery of failed payments;
- provide customer support and respond to requests;
- maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service;
- prevent misuse or unauthorized access; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use the information you enter to make lending, credit, insurance, or investment decisions about you.
5. Service Providers and Third Parties
PanIsPaid is built and hosted using Base44, which provides infrastructure used for authentication, application hosting, and data storage.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. If you choose an available third-party authentication option, such as Google sign-in, that provider may process information necessary to authenticate you according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Service providers supporting our infrastructure may process information on our behalf as necessary to operate and secure the service.
We do not currently sell your personal information or use the financial information you enter into PanIsPaid for targeted advertising.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers within the application.
6. AI and Automated Financial Advice
PanIsPaid is a decision-support tool. The current service does not send your entered financial information to an AI or large-language-model service to generate personalized financial advice.
PanIsPaid does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, lending, or credit advice.
7. Data Access and Security
We use administrative, technical, and platform-provided safeguards intended to protect information maintained through PanIsPaid.
Access to user information is intended to be limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service, respond to user requests, or comply with applicable law.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate PanIsPaid, maintain security, fulfill legitimate business purposes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete financial records you entered. We do not guarantee how long those records will be retained after cancellation.
You may request deletion of your PanIsPaid account and associated personal information by emailing:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your PanIsPaid account when possible. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the person requesting deletion is the account holder.
After verification, we will process eligible deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including for security, fraud prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to PaniKell Studio, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, or deletion.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided to you by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
PanIsPaid is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly offer PanIsPaid to or solicit personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that an underage individual has provided personal information through the service, we may take appropriate steps to remove the information and terminate the associated account.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PanIsPaid changes or as legal, operational, or technical requirements evolve.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law.
