Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use PanIsPaid.

PanIsPaid is currently intended for users located in the United States.

PanIsPaid is a money decision-support tool designed to help you organize information you provide and understand what money is already spoken for, what may remain available, and how hypothetical spending decisions may affect your financial picture.

PanIsPaid does not connect to your financial accounts in its current version and does not independently verify the accuracy of information you enter.

PanIsPaid provides educational and informational decision-support only.

PaniKell Studio and PanIsPaid are not a bank, lender, financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, accountant, attorney, credit counselor, or fiduciary.

Information, calculations, estimates, scenarios, and other outputs provided through the service are not financial, investment, tax, legal, lending, or credit advice.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when advice specific to your circumstances is needed.

The usefulness of PanIsPaid depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing information you enter and determining whether the service's outputs are appropriate for your circumstances.

Amounts, dates, projections, scenarios, and calculations may be incomplete or inaccurate because of incorrect or incomplete information, software limitations, technical issues, or other factors.

PanIsPaid does not authorize, approve, or prohibit a purchase. Its outputs are intended to provide context for your decision.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not use another person's account without authorization.

You may not misuse PanIsPaid, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's information, interfere with its operation or security, use automated methods to abuse the service, introduce malicious software, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

PanIsPaid is offered as a recurring paid subscription. The current Founding Member offer is $7 USD per month. There is no free trial.

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel it. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method you select through our payment processor until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription payments are collected and processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, on behalf of PaniKell Studio. Stripe is not operated by PaniKell Studio, and Stripe's processing is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal available from PanIsPaid. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your then-current paid billing period. You retain access through the end of that paid billing period unless access must be restricted for another lawful reason or a reason described in these Terms. Canceling prevents future renewal charges; it does not retroactively refund the current paid period.

Cancellation does not automatically delete financial records you entered. After paid access ends, those records are no longer accessible through the normal app interface. Contact support with questions about data access or deletion. We do not guarantee how long records will be retained after cancellation.

Payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Billing errors or exceptional circumstances may be submitted to support@panikellstudio.com for case-by-case review. Submitting a request does not create a guarantee of a refund.

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry collection and your subscription may enter a recovery or past-due period. Access may remain available while payment recovery is actively in progress. If payment recovery ultimately fails and Stripe terminates or cancels your subscription, paid access may end.

The Founding Member price of $7 per month continues while your qualifying subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the then-current offered subscription price may apply. PaniKell Studio may change pricing for future subscriptions or offers and will provide any notice required by applicable law.

We may maintain, modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or change features of PanIsPaid from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect PanIsPaid or its users, address security concerns, prevent misuse or unlawful activity, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting:

PanIsPaid, including its original branding, interface, text, organization, graphics, and other original content, is owned by PaniKell Studio or used under applicable license and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you permission to use the service for your personal use. They do not transfer ownership of PanIsPaid or its intellectual property to you.

PanIsPaid relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate, including Stripe for subscription payment processing. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

PanIsPaid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that calculations, projections, scenarios, or other outputs will be error-free or that use of PanIsPaid will produce any particular financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PaniKell Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use PanIsPaid.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We may update these Terms as PanIsPaid evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required or appropriate.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
